Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be returned in good, resalable condition with no excessive wear, damage, writing, or markings.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at laurawinklewrites@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
