Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
For preorder purchases, orders will ship on or around the advertised release date. If there are any changes to the expected shipping date, we will notify you by email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Local Delivery
We are pleased to offer Local Delivery for customers located within 10 miles of Knoxville, Tennessee (ZIP Code 37920).
If your delivery address qualifies, the Local Delivery option will automatically appear during checkout.
Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days, and we may contact you if needed to coordinate delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Laura Winkle Writes is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at laurawinklewrites@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
